PD-Connex is the cabling and connectivity brand of the Dutch Tronios group, the same one behind Vonyx, Audizio and Fuzzix. While those brands cover the speaker, the light or the booth, PD-Connex takes care of what joins them together.
Its catalogue is organised in series by use: CX for signal — audio, microphone, instrument and line, in every combination of XLR, jack and RCA — and RX for speaker and mains. It works with OFC copper and metal connectors, and covers both ready-made leads and cable on the reel to cut to length, plus stageboxes, cable bridges and loose connectors.
At DJMania the most consulted part of the range is the combined signal and power looms, the XLR to jack and XLR to RCA leads — that conversion that is always missing when a mixer meets domestic gear —, the XLR to XLR microphone cable and DMX for lighting.
It is the cable-drawer brand: bought by the metre and by the unit, and the one you end up having a spare of everything from.
