Whadda is the maker brand of the Belgian Velleman group (Gavere, 1974). It was born by relaunching under its own name the build-it-yourself electronic kits that have been the company's signature from the start, and today it gathers its DIY range: Arduino-compatible boards, modules, sensors and learning kits.
The idea behind the brand is that you learn by soldering: the product arrives in parts, with its documentation, and the build is part of what you buy. It is aimed as much at the electronics hobbyist as at the classroom.
At DJMania its presence is still small and focused on audio kits, such as its 200 W discrete power amplifier kit. For the rest of the group's universe, our catalogue also carries Velleman, Perel and HQ Power.
