Electro-Voice EVOLVE 50 G2 Negro

The Electro-Voice EVOLVE 50 G2 is the second generation of the classic EVOLVE column, built for bigger crowds: a 12" subwoofer and a column of eight 3.5" neodymium drivers in a single 1,500 W Class-D system, wirelessly controlled from the QuickSmart App.

What hasn't changed is the setup: the pole seats on a magnet, the column locks by gravity and the signal routes inside. What's new is the output, now up to 129 dB SPL with bass down to 37 Hz (-10 dB), and the 120° x 40° coverage that reaches every listener evenly. The sub features a laminar flow vent for better efficiency and low-frequency output, plus new handles for easier transport.

Like every EVOLVE G2, it adds extended Bluetooth range with True Wireless Stereo, switchable 48 V phantom power, enhanced effects and QuickSmart Link to join two systems over an Ethernet cable. If you need more inputs and a full mixer, see the EVOLVE 50M G2.
